Margot Robbie's £159 Barbie Necklace Has Just Been Restocked

By Sophie Cockett

The hype around the Barbie movie release has been nothing less than chaotic – packed with all manner of wonderfully memorable moments. A viral nail polish shade, a Chris “Love Island” Taylor cameo, Dua Lipa as Mermaid Barbie and a £19 fake tan included. But second to perhaps the ~most~ memorable moment – that epic America Ferrera monologue (which the Ugly Betty actress did “30 to 50 times”, FYI) – comes the fashion.

Whether you love or loathe the Barbiecore trend, there's no denying that the Barbie movie outfits have made a sizeable impact in fashion and pop culture. Margot Robbie and her stylist Andrew Mukamal have served up near-on endless inspiration that'll keep us donning power pink for the rest of the century.

Granted, recreating most of Margot's Barbie outfits requires you to be a little bit creative. Finding dupes and tracking down look-a-likes. But if you think a little smaller, and take inspo from Margot's accessories, instead… you might just be in luck.

Cast your minds to the end of the movie, when Margot wears a floaty yellow dress that stands in contrast to her signature style.

She accessories her very chic look with an 18ct gold heart-shaped necklace – which is actually available to shop at Missoma.

Of course, eager fans were quick off the mark, and when the movie aired, Barbie fans completely sold out the necklace, resulting in the brand racking up a huge 4,000-person-strong waiting list of customers eager to purchase the necklace.

Today, to keep up with demand, Missoma has quickly restocked the necklace – and has promised they'll continue to maintain stock levels to satisfy the ever-growing waitlist of customers. Run, don't walk.

This isn't the first time Missoma has had our attention. In fact, the British jewellery brand that crafts everything from charm anklets to those influencer-adored gold chain necklaces and oversized hoop earrings actually counts Florence Pugh, Emily Ratajkowski, J-Lo, Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, and Emma Watson as its fans.

Kate Middleton has been spotted wearing Missoma jewellery on many-an-occasion (case in point: the time she donned the Missoma Rhodochrosite Gold Mini Pyramid Charm Hoops on a public appearance in London), Kendall Jenner was papped wearing the Ovate Hoops and the Lucy Williams Octagon Medallion Necklace was spotted on Taylor Swift's TikTok. Kate's sister-in-law, the Duchess of Sussex: Meghan Markle's has even been spotted wearing Missoma's bracelets and rings.

Want in? Snapping up Margot's Ridge Heart Charm Necklace before everyone else does – which pairs a gold puffed heart pendant with a delicate bobble chain – would be wise. So. Damn. Chic.
